GROOVED DECORATIVE PLATE, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
To provide a grooved decorative plate having a uniform thickness of a coated film even in a groove, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A grooved decorative plate is manufactured by bonding a decorative material 2 onto a surface of a wooden base material 1, cutting a part of the decorative material from above it and forming a groove 3, forming a plurality of micropores 6 extending from a groove bottom surface 3b toward a back surface of the wooden base material until a depth not reaching the back surface, and then applying a coating material 4 onto the surface including the groove and forming a coated film 5. Even when the coating material applied onto groove side faces 3a and 3b has fallen down to the groove bottom surface, an excess coating material enters into the micropores, and accordingly a coated film having a substantially uniform thickness as a whole is formed. The coating material having entered into the micropores is cured, is converted into an in-hole curable part 7 and is integrated with the coating film, and accordingly the coated film is hardly peeled by an anchor effect.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】溝内においても塗膜の厚さが均一に形成される溝付き化粧板およびその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】木質基材１の表面に化粧材２を貼着し、その上から化粧材の一部を切除して溝３を形成し、溝底面３ｂから木質基材の裏面に向けて該裏面に達しない深さまで延長する複数の微小孔６を形成した後、溝を含めた表面に塗料４を塗布して塗膜５を形成して、溝付き化粧板を製造する。溝側面３ａ，３ａに塗布した塗料が溝底面に流れ落ちても、過剰分の塗料が微小孔に入り込むので、全体に略均一の厚さの塗膜が形成される。微小孔に入り込んだ塗料は硬化して孔内硬化部７となって塗膜と一体化するので、アンカー効果により塗膜が剥がれにくくなる。【選択図】図１
