To provide waterproof structure for a perimeter of a fixture that can improve waterproofing effectiveness while maintaining structural strength.SOLUTION: Waterproof structure 1 for a perimeter of a fixture comprises a body portion 10 and a hanging portion 22 provided as an integral part of the body portion or separately from the body portion. The body portion has an inclined portion 11 that is flat-shaped and extends in a width direction of upper and lower frames provided in the fixture, and slopes downward as it moves away from the fixture in an indoor/outdoor direction, a fixed portion 12 that is fixed at the upper end of the inclined portion to a lower side of the fixture, and a protruding plate 13 that protrudes downwardly at a lower end of the inclined portion. The hanging portion extends in a width direction and downward at a lower side of the inclined portion, and is provided at a position separated from the lower end in the indoor/outdoor direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
