To provide a technique for remarkably improving heat-insulating performance in a freezing/refrigerating warehouse.SOLUTION: An outer wall covering a stock space includes a group of inner panels 11 and a group of outer panels 16 arranged inside and outside with outer wall base materials 17, 18 interposed therebetween. The inner and outer panels 11, 16 have a sandwich structure in which heat-insulating materials 38, 43 are sandwiched between front surface plates 36, 41 and back surface plates 37, 42 each made of metal. Since a wall space is externally heat-insulated by the outer panel 16, heat-insulation performance is remarkably improved to thereby contribute to energy saving. Since the surface plates 41, 42 of the outside panel 16 are made of a metal plate, a moisture-proof sheet is not required and thus construction is facilitated. When an outer wall space is partitioned by a fireproof heat-shielding material 50 for each floor, the heat-insulating performance and the fireproof performance can be further improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
