The invention relates to a fireproof heat-insulating structure of a building external wall. The fireproof heat-insulating structure of the building external wall comprises a base layer wall body. Inner layer heat insulating plates and outer layer heat insulating plates are sequentially arranged on the outer side of the base layer wall body. An inner layer plate slot is formed between every two adjacent inner layer heat insulating plates. An inner layer plate slot padding layer is embedded into each inner layer plate slot. An outer layer plate slot is formed between every two adjacent outer layer heat insulating layers. An outer layer plate slot padding layer is embedded in each outer layer plate slot. The inner layer plate slots and the outer layer plate slots are staggered. Due to the fact that the inner layer heat insulating plates and the outer layer heat insulating plates are arranged, and the inner layer plate slot padding layers are embedded into the inner layer plate slots, and the outer layer plate slot padding layers are embedded into the outer layer plate slots, the heat insulating effect and quality are ensured for the wall while the number of the adopted heat insulating plates is effectively reduced; in addition, the heat insulating plates are arranged in different layers, combustion can be effectively prevented, and fire spreading can be effectively prevented in case of fire.
