CHAMFER
To provide a chamfer which suppresses slag flowing out to a chamfer part of existing concrete.SOLUTION: A chamfer includes: a chamfer contact part 11 in contact with a chamfer part 300 of existing concrete 30; a chamfer formation part 12 for forming a chamfer part 310 of new concrete 31; a form contact part 10; a body part 13; and a crushed part 14 that shrinks under the pressure of the new concrete 31. The body part 13 includes a body triangle part 13' with a triangular cross section in which vertexes are a point A positioned at the chamfer contact part 11, a point B which is not positioned at the form contact part 10 but positioned at the chamfer contact part 11 and which is further on a form 4 side and the existing concrete 30 side than the point A, and a point C which is positioned at the form contact part 10, and which is further on the form 4 side and the new concrete 31 side than the point A, where the internal angle of the point A is an acute angle. The form contact part 10 includes a point D which is not positioned at the chamfer contact part 11 and which is further on the existing concrete 30 side than the point C. The crushed part 14 is formed in a triangular region in which vertexes are the point B, the point C and a point E which is an intersection of the straight line passing the point A and the point B and the straight line passing the point C and the point D.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】既設コンクリートの面取り部にノロが流出するのを抑制する面木の提供。【解決手段】既設コンクリート30の面取り部300に接する面取接触部11、新設コンクリート31の面取り部310を形成する面取形成部12、型枠接触部10、本体部13及び新設コンクリート31の圧力で縮む潰れ部14を備え、本体部13は、面取接触部11に位置するA点、型枠接触部10に位置せず面取接触部11に位置し、A点より型枠4側で既設コンクリート30側のB点及び型枠接触部10に位置し、A点より型枠4側で新設コンクリート31側のC点を頂点とする断面三角形で、A点の内角が鋭角の本体三角形部13’を有し、型枠接触部10は、面取接触部11に位置せずC点より既設コンクリート30側のD点を有し、潰れ部14は、B点、C点及びA点とB点とを通る直線とC点とD点とを通る直線との交点であるE点を頂点とする三角形状の領域内に形成される。【選択図】図4
