CHAMFER STRIP APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING CHAMFER STRIP

A chamfer strip of the present invention includes: a molding part arranged on an inner end piece of a steel mold; a body part extended from an end portion of the molding part and adhering to a side surface of the steel mold; and a fixing part extended from an end portion of the body part to be fixed to the end of a side portion of the steel mold, wherein the molding part includes: a connecting plate protruding from the end portion of the body part to be inclined on the body part; a processing plate connected to an end portion of the connecting plate and formed to face an edge of a structure molded by the steel mold; a first support plate connecting one end of the processing plate and the end portion of the body part; and a second support plate connecting the other end of the processing plate and the end portion of the body part.

본 발명의 석이면목은 철재 거푸집의 내측 마구리에 배치되는 성형부; 상기 성형부의 단부로부터 연장되고 상기 철재 거푸집의 측면에 밀착되는 몸체부; 상기 몸체부의 단부로부터 연장 형성되어 상기 철재 거푸집의 측부 끝단에 고정되는 고정부;를 포함하고, 상기 성형부는 상기 몸체부의 단부로부터 상기 몸체부에 경사지게 돌출된 연결판, 상기 연결판의 단부에 연결되고 상기 철재 거푸집에 의해 성형되는 구조물의 모서리에 대면하게 형성된 가공판, 상기 가공판의 일단과 상기 몸체부의 단부를 연결하는 제1 지지판, 상기 가공판의 타단과 상기 몸체부의 단부를 연결하는 제2 지지판을 포함할 수 있다.
