To provide a heat shielding sheet for tent membrane structures with flexibility in coloring and extended service life, i.e., a heat shielding sheet that can be colored freely and has excellent weather resistance (reduced ultraviolet degradation); and, by extending the service life of colored heat shielding tent membranes, to reduce the number of replacements (disposal frequency) of membrane structures and to reduce the amount of petrochemical resources used as raw materials for manufacturing new tent membrane materials, thereby contributing to the conservation of the global environment.SOLUTION: The cross section of the colored heat shielding sheet has a configuration of "anti-stain layer/thermoplastic resin layer/fabric/thermoplastic resin layer," in which the thermoplastic resin layer contains near-infrared reflective metal oxides (white metal oxides, red metal oxides, blue metal oxides, yellow metal oxides, and black metal oxides) and pigments and is colored by these, and the anti-stain layer further contains a keto/enol type tautomer and an N-OR type hindered amine compound.SELECTED DRAWING: None
