To disclose a fireproof heat insulator material and a manufacturing process thereof.SOLUTION: A manufacturing process for a fireproof heat insulator material of the present invention includes a step of compressing and heating a ready-mixed concrete obtained by homogeneously blending a raw material composition of a fireproof heat insulator, wherein the compressing pressure is 0.28 MPa or over, the heating temperature is 50-150°C, the raw material composition of the fireproof heat insulator includes an inorganic raw material, an organic raw material, and water, where, the inorganic raw material includes a silicic substance and a calcium substance, the organic raw material includes polystyrene particles, a weight ratio of the inorganic raw material and the organic raw material is 10-66.6, and a weight ratio of the silicic substance and the calcium substance is 0.33-19. A flexible heat insulating plate manufactured by the manufacturing method has high tensile strength and high fireproof grade.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】耐火保温材料及びその製造工程を開示する。【解決手段】本発明の耐火保温材料の製造工程は、耐火保温材の原料組成物を均一に混合して得られた生コンクリ-トを加圧・加熱する工程を含み、前記加圧の圧力は0.28MPa以上であり、前記加熱温度は50~150℃であり、前記耐火保温材の原料組成物は、無機原料、有機原料及び水を含み、ここで、前記無機原料は珪物質とカルシウム物質を含み、前記有機原料はポリスチレン粒子を含み、前記無機原料と有機原料の重量比は10~66.6であり、前記珪物質とカルシウム物質の重量比は0.33~19である。当該製造方法により製造されたフレキシブル保温プレートは、高い引張強度及び高い耐火グレードを有する。【選択図】なし
