To provide (1) dry building material panels that combine practical adhesion/surface strength, non-combustibility, and designability, (2) to provide a dry building material panel that uses a flexible base material, has sufficient bending properties and non-combustibility, and can be applied to non-planar wall surfaces, and (3) to provide dry building material panels where stone-tone decorations are applied to surfaces thereof.SOLUTION: (1) It was confirmed that building material panels with desired adhesion/surface strength, non-combustibility, and designability can be produced by mixing water and vinyl acetate resin into cement at a ratio within a predetermined range. (2) It was confirmed that building material panels with desired adhesion/surface strength, non-combustibility, bending performance and designability can be produced even when coated on a non-combustible flexible substrate by mixing cement with water and vinyl acetate resin at a ratio within a predetermined ratio. (3) Stone-tone decorations are applied to surfaces of these building panels by UV printing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】(1)実用的な接着性・表面強度、不燃性、意匠性を兼ね備えた乾式建材パネルを提供する。(2)さらに、柔軟性のある基材を用いて、十分な曲げ性能及び不燃性を有し、非平面の壁面にも適用可能な乾式建材パネルを提供する。(3)さらに、それらの乾式建材パネル表面に石材調の装飾を施したものを提供する。【解決手段】(1)セメントに水と酢酸ビニル系樹脂を所定範囲の割合で混合することにより、所望の接着性・表面強度、不燃性、意匠性を兼ね備えた建材パネルを作製できることを確認した。(2)セメントに水と酢酸ビニル系樹脂を所定範囲の割合で混合することにより、不燃性の柔軟性のある基材に塗布してもなお、所望の接着性・表面強度、不燃性、曲げ性能、意匠性を兼ね備えた建材パネルを作製できることを確認した。(3)これら建材パネル表面にUV印刷により石材調の装飾を施す。【選択図】図1
