To provide a bicycle management system that improves conveyance for a user and highly accurately prevents an act of taking away another person's bicycle illegally.SOLUTION: A bicycle parking management system includes: one or more cameras 250 configured to take an image of the inside of a bicycle parking lot; one or more bicycle parking lock devices 350 configured to lock a bicycle; and a bicycle parking lot management device 200. The bicycle parking lot management device 200 includes: an image analysis unit 263 configured to analyze an image taken by the camera 250 and recognize a person and the bicycle; and a locking/unlocking control unit 261 configured to control the timing of locking or unlocking of the bicycle parking lock device 350 based on a recognition result by the image analysis unit 263.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
