To provide a small-sized battery-powered hydraulic excavator capable of appropriately arranging various members in a limited space below a driver's seat.SOLUTION: A battery-powered hydraulic excavator 1 includes: a driver's seat 14 placed on a body 10 of the battery-powered hydraulic excavator 1; a hydraulic pump 43 with an axis AX2 arranged along the left and right direction of the body 10; an electric motor 42 placed coaxially with the hydraulic pump 43; a battery 30 placed above the hydraulic pump 43 and the electric motor 42 in the vertical direction; and an openable/closable hood 15 placed covering at least the battery 30 and above which the driver's seat 14 is attached in the vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】小型のバッテリ式油圧ショベルにおいて、運転席の下方の限られたスペースに、各種部材を適切に配置すること。【解決手段】バッテリ式油圧ショベル１は、バッテリ式油圧ショベル１の車体１０に配置された運転席１４と、車体１０の左右方向に沿って軸ＡＸ２が配置された油圧ポンプ４３と、油圧ポンプ４３と同軸上に配置された電動モータ４２と、油圧ポンプ４３及び電動モータ４２より垂直方向の上方に配置されたバッテリ３０と、少なくともバッテリ３０を覆って配置され、運転席１４が垂直方向の上方に取り付けられた開閉可能なフード１５と、を備える。【選択図】図３
