To provide a fixture capable of properly opening and closing a door body depending on the user of the fixture.SOLUTION: A fixture 1 includes: a door body 3; an electric lock unit 71 that locks and unlocks the door body 3; an electric opening and closing mechanism 5 that drives the door body 3 to open and close; a biometric authentication unit 73 that identifies and authenticates people; and a control unit 72 that is configured to control the operation of the electric opening and closing mechanism 5 based on a piece of information corresponding to an identified person and preset by the biometric authentication unit 73. The control unit 72 controls the opening and closing angle of the door body 3. The control unit 72 also controls the opening and closing speed of the door body 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
