LINING CONCRETE PLACING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DETERMINING FILLING COMPLETION PERIOD IN LINING CONCRETE PLACING
PURPOSE: To provide a lining concrete placing system and a method for determining a filling completion period in lining concrete placing, which can determine a concrete filling completion period in a lining form without depending on experience or intuition, without any danger, without increase in a cost, and without requiring troublesome efforts.CONSTITUTION: A lining concrete placing system has a concrete pump, a force-feed pipe whose one end is connected to the concrete pump, and a lining form in which a press-in hole to which the other end of the force-feed pipe is connected is provided. In a constitution so as to place the concrete by forcibly feeding and filling self filling concrete in the lining form, the lining concrete placing system is constituted so as to determine a filling progressing state and filling completion in the lining form by fitting an accelerometer to a plurality of locations in a height direction from the vicinity of a bottom to the vicinity of an apex on an outside surface of the lining form and making the accelerometers measure vibration generated due to collision of aggregates to the lining form during filling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【目的】経験や勘に頼ることなく且つ危険を伴うことなく覆工型枠内へのコンクリートの充填完了時期を判定することができ、しかもコスト増を招くことなく且つ煩雑な手間を掛けることなく判定することができる覆工コンクリートの打込みシステム及び覆工コンクリート打込みにおける充填完了時期の判定方法を提供する。【構成】コンクリートポンプと、該コンクリートポンプに一端を接続する圧送管と、該圧送管の他端が接続される圧入孔が設けられた覆工型枠と、を有して成り、前記覆工型枠内に自己充填コンクリートを圧送充填することにより打込みを行う構成において、前記覆工型枠の外側面の底部近傍から頂部近傍にかけての高さ方向の複数箇所に加速度計を取り付け、該加速度計が充填中の覆工型枠への骨材の衝突によって生じる振動を計測することにより覆工型枠内の充填進行具合乃至は充填完了を判定する構成であることを特徴とする。【選択図】 図1
