To provide a multistory parking device capable of operating the whole device more safely.SOLUTION: A multi-story parking device comprises a plurality of pallets 20, 20,.. which are arranged so as to be capable of elevating, an enclosure part 30 which surrounds the plurality of pallets 20, 20,.., and a control unit (control means) 40 which controls the operation of the entire device; wherein a vehicle W is loaded on each of the pallets 20 and parked; the enclosure part 30 has a gate 31 for opening and closing an entrance 13 for entering and leaving the vehicle W from the pallet 20, a fence 32 for enclosing a region excluding the entrance 13 and separating the inside and the outside of the multistory parking device 1, and a sensor 33 capable of detecting intruders passing over the enclosure 30 and entering the inside of the multistory parking device 1; a control unit (control means) 40 stops the operation of the multistory parking device 1 when the sensor 33 detects the intrusion of an intruder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】より安全に装置全体を動作させることができる立体駐車装置を提供する。【解決手段】昇降可能に配置される複数のパレット２０・２０・・・と、複数のパレット２０・２０・・・の周囲を囲む囲い部３０と、装置全体の動作を制御する制御部（制御手段）４０とを備え、各々のパレット２０に車両Ｗを搭載して駐車させる立体駐車装置であって、囲い部３０は、パレット２０に対して車両Ｗの出入庫を行う出入口１３を開閉するゲート３１と、出入口１３を除いた領域を囲み、立体駐車装置１の内側と外側とを隔てるフェンス３２と、囲い部３０を乗り越えて立体駐車装置１の内側に侵入物が侵入するのを検知可能なセンサ３３とを有し、制御部（制御手段）４０は、センサ３３が侵入物の侵入を検知した場合、立体駐車装置１の動作を停止させる。【選択図】図１
