CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF SPHERICAL DOUBLE SHELL TANK
To improve workability in the steps of: transferring a load to a support structure from a temporarily supporting material in an inner tank; and adjusting the load by the support structure, according to construction of a spherical double shell tank.SOLUTION: A construction method of a spherical double shell tank 1 comprises the steps of: erecting a plurality of temporary support pillars 7 on an inner face of an outer tank 3; constructing an inner tank 2 on the plurality of temporary support pillars 7; arranging a hydraulic jack 8 between the inner tank 2 and each of the plurality of temporary support pillars 7; adjusting a load balance for supporting the inner tank 2 by adjusting a load applied to each hydraulic jack 8 thereof, while lifting the inner tank 2 by operating each hydraulic jack 8 thereof in a state of supporting the inner tank 2 by the plurality of temporary support pillars 7; and transferring the load to a hanger rod 5 for supporting the inner tank 2 from each hydraulic jack 8 thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】球形二重殻タンクの施工において、内槽の仮設支持材から支持構造物への荷重移行、および支持構造物による荷重調整の工程の作業性を向上させる。【解決手段】球形二重殻タンク1の施工方法は、外槽3の内面に複数の仮設支柱7を立設し、仮設支柱7の上に2内槽を構築し、複数の仮設支柱7の各々と内槽2との間に、油圧ジャッキ8を配置し、内槽2を複数の仮設支柱7によって支持させた状態で、油圧ジャッキ8を動作させて内槽2を揚重するとともに、これら油圧ジャッキ8の各々に加わる荷重を調整することで、内槽2を支持する荷重バランスを調整し、油圧ジャッキ8から内槽2を支持するハンガーロッド5に荷重移行する。【選択図】図2
