To prevent a roof material from being damaged by heat or fire when a terminal box is overheated or ignited.SOLUTION: A mounting member for mounting a solar cell module to a roofing member, wherein the solar cell module comprises a plate-shaped solar cell panel and a terminal box installed on a surface opposite to a light receiving surface of the solar cell panel; the mounting member includes a shielding part for shielding between the terminal box and the roofing member when the mounting member is installed on the roofing member, and a support part for supporting the solar cell module so that the terminal box is floated from the roofing member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
