FORM FOR MAT FOUNDATION AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF HEAT INSULATION FOUNDATION BEAM
To make it possible to construct, in a short time, a heat insulation foundation beam which can be assembled easily by human power, in which concrete can be injected without a reinforcement tool, and a heat insulation material is contained.SOLUTION: A frame for mat foundation for a small-scale building which is constructed using a precast concrete tabular member and columnar member includes: a flat plate part in which a groove hole is formed on an upper surface, and where any one of a projection strip and a recessed strip fitted in with each other is formed in a vertical direction is formed on each side surface; a cutout flat plate part where a cutout part is formed at a lower part of the flat plate part; a bent flat plate part which has a bent surface in which the flat plate part is bent, and where two groove holes are provided on an L-shaped upper surface; and a rectangular column where the projection strip or the recessed strip in which a side surface of the flat plate part is fitted is formed in the vertical direction on one side or on both sides of a rectangular surface. By using a wide width array group in which the flat plate part and the cutout part are raised in parallel with each other by sandwiching the heat insulation material, the bent flat plate part on which the heat insulation material is attached, and the rectangular column, a heat insulation foundation beam is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】人力で、簡便に建て込むことや、補強具なしでコンクリートを注入することが可能であり、短期間で断熱材が内在する断熱基礎梁を構築することができる。【解決手段】プレキャストコンクリート製の板状部材及び柱状部材を用いて構築される小規模建築物のべた基礎用型枠であって、上面に溝孔が形成され、側面それぞれに、互いに嵌合する凸条又は凹条の何れか一方が縦方向に形成された平板部と、平板部の下部に切欠部が形成された切欠平板部と、平板部が曲折された曲折面を有し、L字型をなした上面に溝孔が二つ設けられた曲折平板部と、矩形面の片側又は両側に平板部の側面が嵌合する凹条又は凸条が縦方向に形成された角柱と、を備え、断熱材を挟んで平板部と切欠平板部とを並列に立設した広幅配列群、断熱材を貼付した曲折平板部、及び前記角柱を用いて断熱基礎梁を形成する。【選択図】図2
