FORM UNIT AND FOUNDATION HEAT INSULATION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form unit and a foundation heat insulation method capable of easily constructing a foundation with a heat insulation material.SOLUTION: A form unit U is the form unit U used for constructing a foundation with a heat insulation material, and comprises a first form piece 1a and a second form piece 1b, an angle 5 installed in an upper part of the first form piece 1a and an anchor plate 3 for holding an anchor bolt. The first form piece 1a and the second form piece 1b are juxtaposed by sandwiching a space 11 having a width 11w of a quantity obtained by adding a thickness 4t of the heat insulation material 4 and a thickness 10t of a standing-up part 10a of a foundation body 10 together. The angle 5 overhangs to the second form piece 1b side in the width direction of the space 11, and is arranged between an upper part of the first form piece 1a and an upper part of the second form piece 1b. The anchor plate 3 is installed by straddling the angle 5 and the upper part of the second form piece 1b in the width 11w direction of the space 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】断熱材付き基礎を容易に構築することが可能な型枠ユニット及び基礎断熱工法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】型枠ユニットＵは、断熱材付き基礎を構築するために用いられる型枠ユニットＵであり、第一型枠片１ａ及び第二型枠片１ｂと、第一型枠片１ａの上部に取り付けられるアングル５と、アンカーボルトを保持するアンカープレート３と、を備える。第一型枠片１ａ及び第二型枠片１ｂは、断熱材４の厚み４ｔと基礎本体１０の立ち上がり部１０ａの厚み１０ｔとを足し合わせた分の幅１１ｗを有する空間１１を挟んで並んで配置されている。アングル５は、空間１１の幅方向において第二型枠片１ｂ側に張り出しており、第一型枠片１ａの上部と第二型枠片１ｂの上部との間に配置されている。アンカープレート３は、空間１１の幅１１ｗ方向において、アングル５と第二型枠片１ｂの上部とに跨って設置されている。【選択図】図２
