To provide a wave absorbing bank capable of properly exerting a function per section.SOLUTION: A wave absorbing bank is provided with: a front part side plate placed on a front part of the bank; a rear part side plate placed on a rear part of the bank; a first partition plate placed between the front part side plate and the rear part side plate to form a passage of a first water mass section of a vibration water mass section between the front part side plate and itself; and a second partition plate placed between the first partition plate and the rear part side plate to form a sloshing section between the first partition plate and itself, so as to form a passage of a second water mass section different from the first water mass section between the rear part side plate and itself.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
