To provide a powdery ground improver that is a powdery ground improver containing a powdery cement-based solidifying material, even when relative humidity is such high as exceeding 60%, for instance, solidification (agglomeration) due to moisture absorption is difficult to occur, and, hexa-valent chromium can be suppressed from eluting.SOLUTION: A powdery ground improver comprising a powdery cement-based solidification material and a powdery thiosulfate-containing additive, wherein the powdery thiosulfate-containing additive has a water content of 3.0% or less, and an amount of the powdery thiosulfate-containing additive is 0.5 to 10 pts.mass per 100 pts.mass of the powdery cement-based solidification material.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】粉状のセメント系固化材を含む粉状の地盤改良材であって、例えば相対湿度が60%を超えるような高い湿度下であっても、吸湿による固結(塊状化)が生じにくく、かつ、六価クロムの溶出を抑制することができる粉状の地盤改良材を提供する。【解決手段】粉状のセメント系固化材、及び、粉状のチオ硫酸塩含有添加剤を含む粉状の地盤改良材であって、粉状のチオ硫酸塩含有添加剤が、3.0%以下の含水比を有するものであり、かつ、粉状のチオ硫酸塩含有添加剤の量が、粉状のセメント系固化材100質量部に対して、0.5~10質量部である、粉状の地盤改良材。【選択図】なし
