IN-FURNACE SCAFFOLD CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide an in-furnace scaffold construction method capable of efficiently assembling and disassembling the in-furnace scaffold.SOLUTION: An in-furnace scaffold construction method of the invention comprises: a transportation step to transport a scaffold unit 10 in a folded state, a post 22 having a bracket 32 to support the scaffold unit 10, and a lifting device 21 to lift the post 22 upward into a boiler furnace 1 through an opening formed on a furnace wall in the boiler furnace 1; an arrangement step to arrange the lifting device 21 at a prescribed position in the boiler furnace 1; a placement step to place the scaffold unit 10 on the bracket 32 of the post 22; an assembly step to shift the scaffold unit 10 from the folded state to an assembled state; and a lifting step to lift the post 22 by the lifting device 21 to a prescribed height. A plurality of layers of the scaffold unit 10 are successively installed by repeating the placement step, the assembly step and the lifting step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】炉内足場の組立作業及び解体作業を効率的に行い得ることのできる炉内足場の構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の炉内足場の構築方法は、折り畳まれた状態にある足場ユニット１０、足場ユニット１０を支持するためのブラケット３２を有するポスト２２、及びポスト２２を上方に持ち上げるためのリフティング装置２１を、ボイラ炉１内の炉壁に形成された開口を通じてボイラ炉１内に搬送する搬送工程と、リフティング装置２１をボイラ炉１内の所定位置に配置する配置工程と、ポスト２２のブラケット３２に、足場ユニット１０を載置する載置工程と、足場ユニット１０を折り畳まれた状態から組上げ状態に移行する組上げ工程と、ポスト２２をリフティング装置２１によって所定の高さまで持ち上げるリフティング工程と、を有し、載置工程、組上げ工程及びリフティング工程を繰り返し行うことにより足場ユニット１０を複数層にわたって連設する。【選択図】図２
