IN-FURNACE SCAFFOLD CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide an in-furnace scaffold construction method capable of efficiently assembling and disassembling the in-furnace scaffold.SOLUTION: An in-furnace scaffold construction method of the invention is a method to assemble an in-furnace scaffold by a method to collectively assemble or disassemble previously assembled scaffolds in a furnace having a space inside and comprises: a transportation step to transport a plurality of scaffold units 10, which have substantially flat plate-like scaffold boards 11 having length of at least a plurality of spans, a pair of baseboards 12 provided on both ends of the scaffold board 11 and extending in a vertical direction, and a plurality of posts 13 that are rotatably supported by outside surfaces of the baseboards 12 respectively, and in a folded state into a furnace through an opening formed on a furnace wall in the furnace; an assembly step to shift the transported scaffold units 10 from the folded state to an assembled state; an arrangement step to lift the scaffold units 10 shifted to the assembled state in the assembly step upward and arrange the scaffold units at desired positions in the furnace; and a connection step to connect the scaffold units 10 arranged in the arrangement step to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】炉内足場の組立作業及び解体作業を効率的に行い得ることのできる炉内足場の構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の炉内足場の構築方法は、内部に空間を有する炉内において大組大払し工法によって組み立てられる方法であって、少なくとも複数スパンの長さを有しかつ略平板状の足場板11と、足場板11の両端部に設けられ上下方向に延びた一対の幅木12と、各幅木12の外側面に回動自在にそれぞれ支持された複数の支柱13と、を有し、それらが折り畳まれた状態にある複数の足場ユニット10を炉内の炉壁に形成された開口を通じて炉内に搬送する搬送工程と、搬送された各足場ユニット10を折り畳まれた状態から組立て状態にする組上げ工程と、組上げ工程において組立て状態とされた各足場ユニット10を吊り上げて炉内の所望位置にそれぞれ配置する配置工程と、配置工程において配置された各足場ユニット10同士を連結する連結工程と、を有する。【選択図】図2
