PAVING MATERIAL SPRAYING VEHICLE AND PAVING MATERIAL SPRAYING SYSTEM USING THE SAME
To provide a paving material spraying vehicle capable of dealing with a comparatively small-scale construction site where a large paving machine vehicle is not welcomed and capable of carrying out continuous and uniform construction, and a paving material spraying system using the same.SOLUTION: The above problems are solved by providing: a paving material spraying vehicle which is equipped with a plurality of spray nozzles, a connecting supply pipe for supplying liquid material supplied from an external supply source to the spray nozzle, an air compressor, a power source for the air compressor, a nozzle opening/closing valve for turning on and off the supply of liquid material from the connecting supply pipe to the spray nozzle, a valve opening/closing air pipe for supplying compressed air generated by the air compressor to the nozzle opening/closing valve, and a change-over switch for switching on and off the discharge of liquid material from the spray nozzle; and a paving material spraying system using the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 大型の舗装機械車両が歓迎されない比較的小規模の施工現場にも対応でき、しかも、連続で、均一な施工が可能な舗装用材料散布車と、それを用いる舗装用材料散布システムを提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】 複数の散布ノズルと、外部の供給源から供給される液体材料を前記散布ノズルに供給する接続供給管路と、エアコンプレッサと、エアコンプレッサの動力源と、前記接続供給管路から前記散布ノズルへの液体材料の供給をオン・オフするノズル開閉弁と、前記ノズル開閉弁に前記エアコンプレッサで生成された圧縮エアを供給する弁開閉エア管路と、前記散布ノズルからの液体材料の吐出・停止を切り替える切替スイッチとが搭載されている舗装用材料散布車と、それを用いる舗装用材料散布システムを提供することによって、上記の課題を解決する。【選択図】 図１
