METHOD FOR ADJUSTING FLOOR SURFACE LEVEL OF BUILDING
To make it possible to restore a floor level that has dropped due to factors such as deterioration over time of a floor structure, etc. by manual labor.SOLUTION: A method for adjusting a floor surface level of a building comprises the following first step to the third step. In the first step, an operator enters a space under the floor Hd. In the second step, the operator places a hydraulic jack Uj between an underside of a joist 10 to be adjusted and an upper surface of a floor slab Sf, and by jacking up the joist 10 with the hydraulic jack Uj, the joist 10 is moved upward by approximately N mm. In the third step, the operator adjusts an adjuster-type underfloor support fitting FS, which is no longer under load because the joist 10 has been lifted, by approximately +N mm, and a floor level is raised by N mm by the joist 10 to be adjusted, which has been moved upward by approximately N mm, being supported by the adjuster-type underfloor support fitting FS.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】床構造体の経年劣化等に起因して下降した床レベルを人手の作業により復元できるようにすること。【解決手段】建物の床面レベルの調整方法は、下記第1ステップ乃至第3ステップを含む。第1ステップでは、作業者は、床下空間Hdに進入する。第2ステップでは、作業者は、調整対象の大引10の下面と床スラブSfの上面との間に油圧ジャッキUjを配置し、当該油圧ジャッキUjにより大引10をジャッキアップすることで、大引10を略Nmmだけ上方向に移動させる。第3ステップでは、作業者は、大引10が浮いたことで負荷がなくなったアジャスター式床下支持金具FSを略+Nmm調整して、上方向に略Nmm移動した調整対象の大引10を当該アジャスター式床下支持金具FSにより支持させることで床面レベルをNmm上昇させる。【選択図】図10
