BUILDING LEVEL ADJUSTING STRUCTURE
To enable level adjustment of a building in response to ground subsidence using a jack installation portion in an easy and efficient manner while facilitating a construction of the jack installation portion that enables level adjustment of the building in response to ground subsidence.SOLUTION: At a column-beam joint portion 12 at a floor portion 11 side of a jacking-up target floor Fj above an underground pit P, a column 5 is bolted so as to be separable to a column lower portion 6 having an upper diaphragm 6C at its upper end and a column upper portion 7 having a base plate 7a at its lower end. The upper diaphragm 6C has an extension portion 6a expanded in one of a first beam extension direction X and a second beam extension direction which intersect at the column-beam joint portion 12. In the floor portion 11, an opening 11C which opens directly above the extension portion 6a is formed. A jack installation portion 2 is provided on the extension portion 6a of the upper diaphragm 6C whose right upper portion is opened at the opening 11C of the floor portion 11 in the column-beam joint portion 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】地盤沈下に応じた建物のレベル調整を可能にするジャッキ設置部の構築を容易にしながら、このジャッキ設置部を利用した地盤の沈下に応じた建物のレベル調整を容易に効率良く行えるようにする。【解決手段】地下ピットPよりも上方のジャッキアップ対象階Fjにおける床部11側の柱梁仕口部12において、柱5が、上端に上ダイアフラム6Cを有する柱下部6と、下端にベースプレート7aを有する柱上部7とに分離可能にボルト接合され、上ダイアフラム6Cは、柱梁仕口部12において交差する第1梁延在方向Xと第2梁延在方向との一方に拡張された拡張部6aを有し、床部11には、拡張部6aの直上方を開放する開口11Cが形成され、ジャッキ設置部2は、柱梁仕口部12における床部11の開口11Cにて直上方が開放された上ダイアフラム6Cの拡張部6a上に備えられている。【選択図】図4
