METHOD FOR PRODUCING CALCIUM CARBONATE AND RECYCLING SYSTEM
To provide a method for producing calcium carbonate capable of producing calcium carbonate from waste generated from a road surface marking composition and effectively utilizing waste generated from the road surface marking composition.SOLUTION: A method for producing calcium carbonate comprises extracting calcium from calcium-containing wastes including wastes generated from a road surface marking composition (road surface marking wastes) to regenerate calcium carbonate. The regenerated calcium carbonate is used as a raw material for the road surface marking composition, and the road surface marking composition containing the regenerated calcium carbonate is distributed in the world as a product. The road surface marking composition containing the regenerated calcium carbonate generates various wastes at the time of production and construction, and also generates wastes at the time of deletion even after construction. The method for producing calcium carbonate of an embodiment forms a regeneration cycle for extracting calcium from these wastes to regenerate calcium carbonate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】路面標示組成物から生じる廃棄物から、炭酸カルシウムを生産することができ、路面標示組成物から生じる廃棄物を有効に利用することができる炭酸カルシウムの生産方法を提供すること。【解決手段】炭酸カルシウムの生産方法は、路面標示組成物から生じる廃棄物（路面標示廃棄物）を含むカルシウム含有廃棄物から、カルシウム分を抽出して炭酸カルシウムを再生する生産方法である。再生された炭酸カルシウムは、路面標示組成物の原材料となり、再生された炭酸カルシウムを含有する路面標示組成物が製品として世の中に流通する。再生された炭酸カルシウムを含有する路面標示組成物は、製造時や施工時において、様々な廃棄物が生じ、施工後においても、抹消時の廃棄物が発生する。実施形態の炭酸カルシウムの生産方法は、これら廃棄物からカルシウム分を抽出して炭酸カルシウムを再生する再生サイクルを形成する。【選択図】図１
