To provide techniques allowing proper handling of foam discharged to a toilet bowl.SOLUTION: A sanitary device is provided with: a bowl unit that receives foam; a supply unit that supplies a surfactant; a foam generation unit that generates the foam supplied to the bowl unit using the surfactant supplied from the supply unit; and a control unit that executes washing processing started by the generation of the foam in the bowl unit.
