FLOOD CONTROL STRUCTURE AND FLOOD CONTROL METHOD
To provide a flood control structure which is less obstructive and has a good appearance in a folded state, and which can be greatly expanded in an expanded state to prevent the intrusion of water.SOLUTION: A flood control structure (1) comprises an attachment section (3) provided at a river embankment (10) along the embankment (10), and an expansion member (2) whose base end (2a) is fixed to the attachment section (3), which is shape-changeable from a folded state to an expanded state by pumping air into it, and which prevents the outflow of water (W) whose water level has risen above an upper surface (10a) of the embankment (10) when in the expanded state. The expansion member (2) is made of a long expandable member along the embankment 10, and comprises the base end (2a) fixed to the attachment section (3), and an expansion member main body (2b) that is filled with air and expands to have a curved surface when in the expanded state. In the expanded state, the inflowing water (W) pushes the expansion member main body (2b), and the attachment section (3) on the river or sea side is configured to receive a tensile load.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1C
【課題】折畳み状態においては邪魔になりにくくて見映えがよく、膨張状態では、大きく膨らんで水の浸入を防ぐことができるようにする。【解決手段】水防構造(1)は、河川の堤防(10)に堤防(10)に沿って設けた取付部(3)と、取付部(3)に基端部(2a)が固定され、折畳み状態から内部にエアーを送り込むことで膨らむ膨張状態に形状変更可能で、膨張状態で堤防(10)の上面(10a)よりも上昇した水位の水(W)の流出を防ぐ膨張部材(2)とを備える。膨張部材(2)が、堤防10に沿って長い膨張可能な部材よりなり、取付部(3)に固定される基端部(2a)と、膨張状態においてエアーが充填されて湾曲面を有するように膨らむ膨張部材本体(2b)とを備え、膨張状態において、流れ込む水(W)により膨張部材本体(2b)が押され、河川又は海側にある取付部(3)が引張荷重を受けるように構成する。【選択図】図1C
