OPERATION SUPPORT DEVICE AND OPERATION SUPPORT METHOD FOR ELECTRICALLY-DRIVEN WORK MACHINE
To provide an operation support device that can suppress battery deterioration in an electrically-driven work machine while extending its life.SOLUTION: An operation support device 1 allocates a plurality of electrically-driven work machines EWM1, EWM2, ..., EWMn to a plurality of operation sites WS1, WS2, ..., WSn, respectively. The operation support device 1 comprises: an information storage unit 11 that stores information on an operation load at each operation site WS; a state acquisition unit 12 that acquires a deterioration state of a battery B incorporated in each electrically-driven work machine EWM; a state prediction unit 13 that calculates a predicted deterioration state of the battery B for a case where each electrically-driven work machine EWM operates in its operation site WS; and an operation planning unit 14. The operation planning unit 14 selects operation sites WS in descending order of operation load on the basis of the information stored by the information storage unit 11, and allocates a specific electrically-driven work machine EWM to the selected operation site WS on the basis of the predicted deterioration state from among the plurality of electrically-driven work machines EWM1, EWM2, ..., EWMn.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
