GLOSSY COATING MATERIAL, SURFACE FINISHING METHOD AND TOP BOARD
To provide: a glossy coating material having glossiness even while having hardness used for even the surface to be targeted of a top board, etc.; a surface finishing method; and a top board.SOLUTION: A glossy coating material includes an aggregate of 30-65 wt.%, a cement material of 10-40 wt.%, a synthetic resin of 2-10 wt.% and water. The aggregate includes powder having a Mohs hardness of more than 6 and powder having a Mohs hardness of less than 4; the average particle size of the powder having a Mohs hardness of more than 6 is larger than that of the powder having a Mohs hardness of less than 4; and a surface finishing method comprises steps of applying the glossy coating material to the surface to be targeted while pressing; and polishing the surface of a finishing layer formed by curing the glossy coating material with an abradant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】天板等の被対象面にも使用可能な硬度を備えつつも光沢性を有する光沢性塗材、表面仕上げ方法および天板を提供する。【解決手段】光沢性塗材は、３０～６５重量％の骨材と、１０～４０重量％のセメント材料と、２～１０重量％の合成樹脂と、水と、を含有し、骨材が、モース硬度が６より大きい粉体およびモース硬度が４より小さい粉体を含み、モース硬度が６より大きい粉体の平均粒径がモース硬度が４より小さい粉体の平均粒径よりも大きい。また、表面仕上げ方法は、光沢性塗材を被対象面に押しつけながら塗布する工程と、光沢性塗材が硬化して形成された仕上げ層の表面を研磨材で研磨する工程と、を備える。【選択図】図１
