MANUFACTURING METHOD OF GLOSSY AND MATTE CEILING BOARD
The present invention relates to a glossy and matte ceiling plate and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method according to the present invention comprises: a releasing process of forming a protrusion surface on a bottom surface of a cut sheet molding compound (SMC); a matting process of polishing one of the bottom surface and the protrusion surface of the SMC with fine particles to perform a polishing operation, performing a fine-embossing operation on the polished bottom surface or protrusion surface, and performing a sanding operation on the fine-embossed bottom surface or protrusion surface by using sand powder; a glossing process of polishing the remaining one of the bottom surface and the protrusion surface with the fine particles to perform the polishing operation, performing the fine-embossing operation on the polished bottom surface or protrusion surface, and performing a sanding operation on the fine-embossed bottom surface or protrusion surface by using glass powder; and a plating process of plating the glossed bottom surface or protrusion surface. Therefore, the glossy and matte ceiling plate manufactured by the manufacturing method according to the present invention can be used as an interior material of which a glossy portion reflects light to give glittering, smooth and clean feelings, and of which a matte portion is excellent in a dark but luxurious visual effect by cutting the SMC to form the protrusion surface on the bottom surface of the SMC, sanding one of the bottom surface and the protrusion surface with the sand powder to obtain a matte effect, and sanding the remaining one of the bottom surface and the protrusion surface with the glass powder to obtain a glossy effect.
본 발명에 따르면, 재단된 SMC(Sheet Molding Compound) 하측면에 돌출면을 형성하는 이형 공정과; 상기 SMC(Sheet Molding Compound)의 하측면과 돌출면 중 어느 하나에 미세입자 폴리싱으로 광택작업을 하고, 미세 엠보싱 작업 후 모래가루 샌딩 작업을 하는 무광 공정과; 상기 하측면과 돌출면 중 나머지 하나에 미세입자 폴리싱으로 광택작업을 하고, 미세 엠보싱 작업 후 유리가루 샌딩 작업을 하는 유광 공정과; 상기 하측면과 돌출면에 도금 처리하는 도금 공정;을 포함하는 유광 및 무광 천장판의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, SMC를 재단하여 하측면에 돌출면을 형성하고, 하측면과 돌출면 중 하나에 모래가루 샌딩으로 무광효과를 갖도록 하고, 나머지 하나에는 유리가루 샌딩으로 유광효과를 갖도록 함으로써, 유광 부분은 빛을 반사하여 반짝이고 매끄럽고 깨끗한 느낌을 주고 무광 부분은 어둡지만 고급스러운 느낌의 시각적 효과가 뛰어난 인테리어재로 활용할 수 있는 유광 및 무광 천장판과 이의 제조방법을 제공할 수 있다.
MANUFACTURING METHOD OF GLOSSY AND MATTE CEILING BOARD
The present invention relates to a glossy and matte ceiling plate and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method according to the present invention comprises: a releasing process of forming a protrusion surface on a bottom surface of a cut sheet molding compound (SMC); a matting process of polishing one of the bottom surface and the protrusion surface of the SMC with fine particles to perform a polishing operation, performing a fine-embossing operation on the polished bottom surface or protrusion surface, and performing a sanding operation on the fine-embossed bottom surface or protrusion surface by using sand powder; a glossing process of polishing the remaining one of the bottom surface and the protrusion surface with the fine particles to perform the polishing operation, performing the fine-embossing operation on the polished bottom surface or protrusion surface, and performing a sanding operation on the fine-embossed bottom surface or protrusion surface by using glass powder; and a plating process of plating the glossed bottom surface or protrusion surface. Therefore, the glossy and matte ceiling plate manufactured by the manufacturing method according to the present invention can be used as an interior material of which a glossy portion reflects light to give glittering, smooth and clean feelings, and of which a matte portion is excellent in a dark but luxurious visual effect by cutting the SMC to form the protrusion surface on the bottom surface of the SMC, sanding one of the bottom surface and the protrusion surface with the sand powder to obtain a matte effect, and sanding the remaining one of the bottom surface and the protrusion surface with the glass powder to obtain a glossy effect.
본 발명에 따르면, 재단된 SMC(Sheet Molding Compound) 하측면에 돌출면을 형성하는 이형 공정과; 상기 SMC(Sheet Molding Compound)의 하측면과 돌출면 중 어느 하나에 미세입자 폴리싱으로 광택작업을 하고, 미세 엠보싱 작업 후 모래가루 샌딩 작업을 하는 무광 공정과; 상기 하측면과 돌출면 중 나머지 하나에 미세입자 폴리싱으로 광택작업을 하고, 미세 엠보싱 작업 후 유리가루 샌딩 작업을 하는 유광 공정과; 상기 하측면과 돌출면에 도금 처리하는 도금 공정;을 포함하는 유광 및 무광 천장판의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, SMC를 재단하여 하측면에 돌출면을 형성하고, 하측면과 돌출면 중 하나에 모래가루 샌딩으로 무광효과를 갖도록 하고, 나머지 하나에는 유리가루 샌딩으로 유광효과를 갖도록 함으로써, 유광 부분은 빛을 반사하여 반짝이고 매끄럽고 깨끗한 느낌을 주고 무광 부분은 어둡지만 고급스러운 느낌의 시각적 효과가 뛰어난 인테리어재로 활용할 수 있는 유광 및 무광 천장판과 이의 제조방법을 제공할 수 있다.
