FOUNDATION HEAT INSULATION STRUCTURE OF BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide a foundation heat insulation structure which has an excellent termite prevention maintenance property, while improving heat insulation performance.SOLUTION: A foundation heat insulation structure 1 of a building B includes a continuous footing 2, a floor concrete 3, and a foundation heat insulation material 4. The continuous footing 2 includes: a base part 5 extending horizontally below an external ground surface G1 of the building B; and a rising part 6 extending upward from the base part 5, and protruding from the external ground surface G1. The rising part 6 includes an inward-looking surface 6i facing an underfloor space 7 side of the building B. The floor concrete 3 is disposed so as to cover an underfloor ground surface G2 from above the base part 5 and from the inward-looking surface 6i of the rising part 6 across a gap 10 in the horizontal direction. The foundation heat insulation material 4 includes: a first portion 15 extending vertically along the inward-looking surface 6i of the rising part 6, and penetrating the gap 10; and a second portion 16 extending horizontally between the floor concrete 3 and the underfloor ground surface G2, and disposed horizontally longer with respect to the first portion 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
