To provide a wall structure that makes it easy to adjust positions of furring strips.SOLUTION: A plurality of panels 2 for attaching finishing materials with surfaces in a substantially rectangular shape are arranged in vertical and horizontal directions with long sides and short sides adjacent to each other. In addition, a plurality of decorative face materials 3 with surfaces in a substantially rectangular shape are attached to a surface side of the plurality of panels 2 via a furring strip 4. The furring strip 4 has a long metal material. The furring strip 4 comprises a fixing strip 401, a furring strip attachment hole 402, and a front face opening 403. The fixing strip 401 is located on a side of the panel 2. Two or more furring strip attachment holes 402 are provided in the fixing strip 401. In addition, at least one of upper and lower ends of the furring strip attachment holes 402 has a play 404 in the horizontal direction. The front face opening 403 faces the furring strip attachment holes 402 and has a size larger than the furring strip attachment holes 402 in plan view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
