METHOD FOR CUTTING CONCRETE SLAB
To provide a method for cutting a concrete floor slab capable of eliminating the need for installing timbering.SOLUTION: A cutting unit 3 has a wire saw 5 that is wound around a concrete floor slab 22 and circularly rotates, and a first drive pulley 61 and a second drive pulley 62 around which the wire saw 5 is wound and which rotates the wire saw 5, the first drive pulleys 61 and the second drive pulley 62 are configured to rotate in synchronization with each other at the same rotational speed. A cutting method includes a cutting device installation step for installing a cutting device 1, and a cutting step for cutting the concrete floor slab 22 by moving the cutting unit 3 in the girder axis direction and moving the circulating and rotating wire saw 5 in the girder axis direction. In the cutting device installation step, the wire saw 5 is continuously wound around a plurality of girder upper floor slabs 24 adjacent to each other in the girder axis orthogonal direction. In the cutting step, the plurality of girder upper floor slabs 24 are simultaneously cut and separated from the steel girder 21 while being connected to the inter-girder floor slabs 25 adjacent to each other in the girder axis orthogonal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】支保工の設置を不要にできるコンクリート床版の切断方法を提供する。【解決手段】切断部3は、コンクリート床版22に巻き掛けられて循環回転するワイヤーソー5と、ワイヤーソー5が巻き掛けられてワイヤーソー5を回転させる第1駆動プーリー61および第2駆動プーリー62と、を有し、第1駆動プーリー61および第2駆動プーリー62は、互いに同じ回転数で同調して回転するように構成されている。切断装置1を設置する切断装置設置工程と、切断部3を桁軸方向に移動させ、循環回転するワイヤーソー5を桁軸方向に移動させてコンクリート床版22を切断する切断工程と、を有する。切断装置設置工程では、ワイヤーソー5を、桁軸直交方向に隣り合う複数の桁上床版24に連続して巻き掛ける。切断工程では、複数の桁上床版24を、それぞれ桁軸直交方向に隣り合う桁間床版25に接続された状態のまま同時に切断して鋼桁21から切り離す。【選択図】図2
