To provide panels with a good appearance, with an outer skin material adhered to a panel substrate.SOLUTION: A substantially circular panel 1 comprises: a substantially circular panel substrate 10; and a skin material 20 that covers the whole of a surface 10a of the panel substrate 10 and the whole of a side part 10b of the panel substrate 10. The side part 10b of the panel substrate 10 protrudes in a back surface direction with respect to a back surface 10c of the panel substrate 10. A fixed margin region 28 is folded back in the back surface direction along a back surface side edge of the side part 10b and adhered to an inner surface 10b2 of the side part 10b in a state where a side part corresponding area 27 of the skin material 20 is adhered to an outer surface 10b1 of the side part 10b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】表皮材をパネル基材に密着させた美観の良いパネルを提供する。【解決手段】略円形のパネル基材１０と、そのパネル基材１０の表面１０ａの全体およびパネル基材１０の側部１０ｂの全体を覆う表皮材２０とを備えた略円形のパネル１。パネル基材１０の側部１０ｂは、パネル基材１０の裏面１０ｃに対して裏面方向に突出している。表皮材２０の側部対応領域２７が側部１０ｂの外面１０ｂ１に密着された状態で、固定代領域２８が側部１０ｂの裏面側の縁に沿って裏面方向に折り返されて側部１０ｂの内面１０ｂ２に接着されている。【選択図】図１
