To suppress out-plane buckling of a brace.SOLUTION: A brace 20 has: a brace body 22 which is stretched in a structure plane H of a column-beam frame 10; an in-plane reinforcement material 24 which is joined to the end of the brace body 22, and suppresses deformation into the structure plane H of the brace body 22; and an out-plane reinforcement material 26 which is joined to the end, suppresses deformation to outside the structure plane H of the brace body 22, and has a reinforcement length longer than that of the in-plane reinforcement material 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
