UNDERFLOOR HEAT INSULATION STRUCTURE AND UNDERFLOOR HEAT INSULATION METHOD
To provide an underfloor heat insulation structure and an underfloor heat insulation method capable of securing underfloor heat insulation.SOLUTION: A heat insulation material support metal fitting 28 is formed to arrange a gap H between a placing piece 34 of the heat insulation material support metal fitting 28 and a floor beam 14 upon being secured on the floor beam 14, and is arranged to fit heat insulation material 38 under a beam in the gap H. In a state in which the heat insulation material 38 under a beam is fitted in the gap H, the heat insulation material 38 under a beam is placed on the placing piece 34 of the heat insulation material support metal fitting 28 and heat insulation material 40 for a beam side surface is fitted between the heat insulation material 38 under the beam and underfloor heat material 22, and heat insulation material 42 for a beam side surface is fitted between the heat insulation material 38 under the beam and the underfloor heat material 22. Thereby, the floor beam 14 including a lower surface 14D1 is covered by heat insulation material 30 for a beam across both sides in a width direction thereof. In this way, the floor beam 14 is prevented from being exposed to outer air, allowing heat bridge to be prevented and securing heat insulation under floor 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】床下における断熱性を確保することが可能な床下断熱構造及び床下断熱方法を得る。【解決手段】断熱材支持金具28は、床小梁14に固定すると、当該断熱材支持金具28の載置片34と床小梁14の間に隙間Hが設けられるように形成されており、当該隙間H内に梁下断熱材38を嵌合させるように設定されている。隙間H内に梁下断熱材38が嵌め込まれた状態で、梁下断熱材38は断熱材支持金具28の載置片34上に載置され、当該梁下断熱材38と床下断熱材22の間に梁側面断熱材40を嵌め込み、梁下断熱材38と床下断熱材22の間に梁側面断熱材42を嵌め込む。これにより、床小梁14は、下面14D1を含んで幅方向の両側から梁用断熱材30によって覆われることとなる。これにより、当該床小梁14が外気に触れないようにすることができ、熱橋対策を図り、床下20における断熱性を確保することが可能となる。【選択図】図1
