To provide a flexible meeting booth capable of realizing a comfortable meeting.SOLUTION: A panel (100) has an inside face (102) and an outer face (101). The inside face (102) is provided with a speaker (150) that outputs voice to the inside face (102) side, and a speaker cover (9) covering the speaker (150). The speaker cover (9) protrudes from the inside face (102) in a horizontal direction, which functions as a headrest (8) on which a person sitting on the sofa (10) positioned at the inside face (102) side may lean the head.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
