To provide a water cutoff device which can keep up stable conditions maintaining a water cutoff state even when forces of strong wind, etc. are applied to installed waterstop boards risking moving the boards to the outdoor side.SOLUTION: A water cutoff device A comprises a left-and-right pair of members 20 to be attached, and one or multiple waterstop boards 10 which are supported with each of the aforesaid left-and-right pair of members 20 to be attached and can be installed closeably to an opening C that opens between each of the aforesaid members 20 to be attached. A locking member 30 is arranged on either one of the aforesaid left-and-right pair of members 20 and the aforesaid waterstop boad 10, and a member 22c to be locked is arranged on either the other of the aforesaid members 20 to be attached or the aforesaid waterstop board 10, the aforesaid locking member 30 being locked to the aforesaid member 22c to be locked, so that the aforesaid waterstop board 10 is prevented from moving to a direction away from each of the aforesaid members 20 to be attached.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
