JOINT STRUCTURE AND JOINT METHOD FOR PRECAST FLOOR SLABS
To provide a joint structure and a joint method for precast floor slabs that can reduce labor and costs and prevent surface separation between the precast floor slabs and cast-in-place concrete.SOLUTION: The joint structure has: reinforcing bar protrusions 42, 42 protruding from a floor slab concrete portion 3; a connecting member 5 connecting the reinforcing bar protrusions 42, 42; and a filling material 6 filled between the floor slab concrete portions 3, 3 to bury the reinforcing bar protrusions 42, 42 and the connecting member 5. At least one end 421 of the reinforcing bar protrusion 42 is connected to the floor slab concrete portion 3, and an intermediate portion 422 is located on a side away from the floor slab concrete portion 3 relative to both longitudinal ends 421, 421 of the reinforcing bar protrusion 42 and is curved so as to protrude away from the floor slab concrete portion 3, and the connecting member 5 is spanned between the reinforcing bar protrusion 42 of one of precast floor slabs 1 and the reinforcing bar protrusion 42 of the other of the precast floor slabs 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】労力の軽減および費用の削減を図ることができるとともに、プレキャスト床版と現場打コンクリートとの肌分かれを防止できるプレキャスト床版の接合構造およびプレキャスト床版の接合方法を提供する。【解決手段】床版コンクリート部3から突出する鉄筋突出部42,42と、鉄筋突出部42,42を連結する連結部材5と、床版コンクリート部3,3の間に充填されて鉄筋突出部42,42および連結部材5を埋設する充填材6と、を有し、鉄筋突出部42は、少なくとも一方の端部421が床版コンクリート部3に接続され、中間部422が鉄筋突出部42の長さ方向の両端部421,421よりも床版コンクリート部3と離れる側に位置するとともに、床版コンクリート部3と離れる側に張り出すように湾曲し、連結部材5は、一方の前記プレキャスト床版1の鉄筋突出部42と、他方のプレキャスト床版1の鉄筋突出部42と、に掛け渡されている。【選択図】図1
