To adjust a ventilation amount without requiring complicated work.SOLUTION: A ventilation amount adjusting device 10 disposed in a ventilation passage to adjust a flow rate of air passing therethrough includes a base 11 having a ventilation opening 11a, a valve element 13 having a second storage portion 13a, and an elastic support 12 interposed between the base 11 and the valve element 13 and supporting the valve element 13 on the base 11 in a state of facing the ventilation opening 11a in an upstream side of the base 11.
