To provide a column-beam joint structure and a column-beam joint method capable of improving the degree of design freedom for a building to which the RCST construction method is applied.SOLUTION: A column-beam joint structure 10 is formed by joining a column 16 formed of a steel pipe 14 filled with concrete 12 inside and a steel frame beam 20 arranged above and facing an upper-end face 18 of the column 16, and includes a connection member 22 for connecting the upper-end face 18 of the column 16 and the steel frame beam 20, an upper-end side 34 of the connection member 22 is fixed to the lower side of the steel frame beam 20, and the lower end side of the connection member 22 is buried and fixed inside the concrete 12 from the upper-end face 18 of the column 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
