DECK STRUCTURE FOR VESSEL
To provide a deck structure for a vessel capable of being finished having no cracks in a smooth state with a desired thickness and being laid in a short time without a plasterer and with little handling.SOLUTION: A deck structure for a vessel is laid out with good adhesiveness to a steel plate 1 by pouring a self-leveling material 2 mixed with a prescribed amount of latex of natural rubber and a prescribed amount of skim milk powder onto the steel plate 1 of a deck of a vessel so as to have a prescribed thickness as a prescribed flow value, the deck structure being capable of firmly adhering to the steel plate 1 without coating a primer on an underlayer with a brush or a trowel, etc., so as to be finished in a smooth state with a desired thickness and applied in a short amount of time and labor. It is preferable to have 10 to 15 wt.% of latex, and 0.1 to 1.0 wt.% of skim milk powder mixed into the self-leveling material 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】割れが生じずに、所要の厚さの平滑状に仕上げられ、短時間で、左官いらずで手間がかからずに敷設することができる船舶の甲板構造を提供する。【解決手段】船舶の甲板の鋼板1の上に所定量の天然ゴムのラテックスを混合するとともに所定量の脱脂粉乳を混入したセルフレベリング材2を所要のフロー値として所要厚さに流し込んで、鋼板1と接着性よく敷設したものであり、下地にプライマーを刷毛やこて等で塗布することなく、鋼板1に強固に接着することができて、所要の厚さの平滑状に仕上げられ、短時間で手間がかからずに施工することができる。セルフレベリング材2にラテックス10~15重量%、脱脂粉乳0.1~1.0重量%を混合することが好ましい。【選択図】図1
