본 발명의 도로 청소차량에 구비되는 슬러지 탈수장치에 관한 것으로서, 노면을 청소하는 청소차량과, 상기 청소차량의 중앙 하측에 설치되어 노면의 슬러지를 흡입하는 슬러지흡입기와, 상기 슬러지흡입기의 흡입호스로부터 흡입된 슬러지를 흡입하여 수거하기 위해 설치된 슬러지적재함과, 상기 슬러지적재함의 하측에 설치되며 상기 슬러지흡입기에서 물펌프로부터 고압으로 물을 노면에 분사시킬 때 물을 공급하기 위해 설치된 물탱크와, 상기 청소차량의 운전석의 후방에 설치되어 상기 슬러지적재함에 적재된 슬러지를 이송관으로 공급받아 탈수하고 탈수된 물을 회수관으로 상기 물탱크로 보내어 다시 사용할 수 있도록 슬러지탈수기가 설치된 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a sludge dewatering device equipped in a road cleaning vehicle. The sludge dewatering device comprises a cleaning vehicle cleaning a road; a sludge sucking unit installed on the lower center side of the cleaning vehicle to suck sludge from the road; a sludge loading container installed to suck and collect sludge sucked from a sucking hose of the sludge sucking unit; a water tank installed on the lower side of the sludge loading container to supply water for the sludge sucking unit to spray water from a water pump to the road at high pressure; and a sludge dewatering unit which is installed on the rear side of a driver seat of the cleaning vehicle to receive sludge loaded in the sludge loading container through a transferring pipe, dewaters the sludge, and sends water obtained from the dewatering operation to the water tank through a collecting pipe to be reused.
