A WATERPROOF PLATE FOR FLOODING PREVENTION
The present invention relates to a waterproof plate for flooding prevention which can be used as a footpath where pedestrians can usually move and play the role of a barrier in the case of a flood and can prevent damage to a barrier unit and improve workability. The present invention comprises: an operating plate for being used as a footpath when it is reversed and playing the role of a barrier when it is erected; a support unit for supporting the operating plate; a cutoff unit formed between the operating plate and the support unit for playing a role of cutting off; and a buoyancy unit for reversing and erecting the cutoff unit and the operating plate. The present invention can reduce an error occurring during construction and enhance the workability by having a structure where a support unit is formed on the operating plate, and can reduce the risk of a damage by having a support unit at an operating plate and causing no impact to the support unit formed in a neighboring operating plate when an operating plate is reversed or erected. In addition, as the cutoff member of the cutoff unit is fixed to the bottom of a fixating unit, cutting off is conducted at the basic concrete and the cutoff unit when the operating plate and the cutoff unit are erected, and as a first and a second protecting plates are formed on both sides of the cutoff member of the cutoff unit, a damage to the cutoff unit is prevented in the case of a normal water level and also in the case of a flood. Also, as one side of an anchor bolt hole formed on a binding plate of the support unit is open, a barrier plate for flooding prevention is provided to correct even an error in the binding and installation positions of the support unit.
본 발명은 평상시에는 보행자가 이동할 수 있는 보행로로 이용하다가 홍수위시에는 차수의 역할을 수행하되, 지수부의 파손을 방지하면서 작업성을 향상시킬 수 있는 침수방지용 홍수벽에 관한 것으로, 전도시에는 보행로로 이용되고 기립시에는 차수역할을 수행하는 가동 플레이트와 상기 가동 플레이트를 지지하기 위한 지지부와, 상기 가동 플레이트와 지지부 사이에 형성되어 지수역할을 수행하는 지수부 및 상기 지수부와 가동 플레이트를 전도 및 기립시키기 위한 부력부로 구성되어 있다. 상기와 같은 본 발명은 가동 플레이트에 하나의 지지부가 형성되는 구조로 이루어져 있어 시공시 발생하는 오차를 줄임과 동시에 작업성을 향상시킬 수 있고, 하나의 가동 플레이트에 하나의 지지부가 형성되어 있어 어느 하나의 가동 플레이트의 전도 및 기립시 이웃하는 다른 가동 플레이트에 형성된 지지부가 영향을 받지 않아 파손의 위험성이 줄일 수 있으며, 지수부의 지수부재가 고정부 하측에 고정된 상태로 결합되어 있어 가동 플레이트 및 지수부의 기립시 기초 콘크리트와 지수부에서의 지수가 이루어질 뿐만 아니라, 지수부의 지수부재 양 측에 제1, 2 보호판을 구성함으로써 평상 수위시 및 홍수위시에도 지수부재를 파손을 방지 및 지지부의 결합 플레이트에 형성된 앵커볼트 홀의 일측을 개방시킨 형태로 구성함으로써 지지부의 결합 및 설치 위치의 오차가 발생하더라도 보정할 수 있는 침수방지용 차수판을 제공한다.
