A waterproof plate for flooding prevention
The present invention relates to a flooding prevention dam and, more specifically, to a flooding prevention dam, which filters foreign substances such as twigs, stones, fallen leaves, and all kinds of garbage mixed in rainwater from slopes during torrential rain according to sizes thereof to block the same from flowing downstream, and can temporarily trap rainwater coming down upstream, adjust only an appropriate amount of rainwater not to apply overload downstream, and flow the same downstream, to prevent flooding due to the overload of rivers or the like when a lot of rainwater flows downstream at once, thereby suppressing flooding. The flooding prevention dam comprises: a buffer unit having a buffer storage tank formed on the bottom of the valley to be wider and deeper than the valley, and having a discharge ditch formed on the bottom of the buffer storage tank, to alleviate the flow of rainwater flowing therein from the valley; a first filtering unit having a steel structure in the form of a net so that large foreign substances are primarily caught on an upper side of the buffer storage tank of the buffer unit; a second filtering unit having a soil filtering wall formed below the steel structure to filter soil passing through the steel structure of the first filtering unit; and a control dam unit formed below the soil filtering wall of the second filtering unit, and having a water barrier dam formed on an upper side of the bottom surface of the buffer storage tank so that rainwater can flow through the discharge ditch.
본 발명은 홍방댐에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 집중호우시 경사지형의 빗물에 섞여 있는 나뭇가지와 돌덩어리, 낙엽 그리고 온갖 쓰레기 등의 이물질을 크기에 따라 여과하여 하류로 유입되지 않게 차단하고 많은 빗물이 한꺼번에 하류로 유입되어 하천 등의 과부하로 인한 홍수를 방지하기 위해 상류에서 내려오는 빗물을 잠시 가두었다가 하류에서 과부하가 걸리지 않게 적절한 양의 빗물만을 조절하여 하류로 흘려보내는 역할을 함으로써 홍수억제 역할을 하는 홍방댐에 관한 것이다. 상기의 본 발명은 골짜기에서 유입되는 빗물의 흐름을 완화시키기 위하여 골짜기 바닥면에 골짜기보다 넓고 깊은 완충저류조을 형성하고 상기 완충저류조의 하측 바닥에는 배출도랑을 형성한 완충부와, 상기 완충부의 완충저류조 상측에는 큰 이물질이 1차 걸림되도록 망형태의 철구조대를 형성한 제1여과부와, 상기 제1여과부의 철구조대를 통과한 토사를 걸러주도록 철구조대 하측으로 토사여과벽을 형성한 제2여과부와, 상기 제2여과부의 토사여과벽 하측으로 완충저류조 바닥면 상측으로 물막이댐을 형성하여 배출도랑을 통하여 빗물이 흐를 수 있도록 형성한 조절댐부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
