The present invention relates to a device of opening/closing a center-control-type door to open/close a door of emergency exit or access control room. Particularly, it includes a door housing which is combined with the end of the door; a door frame housing which is combined with the end of door frame; a clutch bundle which is axis-combined with a handle when it is axis-combined with the door frame housing; an upper operation part which is installed to the inner-upper side of the door frame housing; a lower operation part which is installed to the inner-lower side of the door frame housing; and a control operation part which is installed to the inside of the door frame housing. Thereby, it can be opened or closed when it is opened by center management. It can be compulsorily opened by using a key when it is out of order or stopped in a closed condition.
본 발명은 본 발명은 비상구나 출입통제실과 같은 곳의 출입문을 개폐하기 위한 중앙 통제형 출입문 개폐장치에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 상기 문짝의 단부에 결합되는 문짝용 하우징; 상기 문틀의 단부에 결합되는 문틀용 하우징; 상기 문짝용 하우징에 축 결합되는 상태로 손잡이가 축 결합되는 클러치 뭉치; 상기 문짝용 하우징 내부 상측에 설치되는 상측 작동부; 상기 문짝용 하우징 내부 하측에 설치되는 하측 작동부; 및 상기 문틀용 하우징의 내부에 설치되는 제어 작동부;를 포함하여 구성됨에 따라, 중앙 통제에 의해 개방한 상태에서는 누구나 여닫고 다닐 수 있도록 하고 폐쇄한 상태에서 고장이나 작동이 멈출 때에는 열쇠를 이용하여 강제로 개방할 수 있도록 한 중앙 통제형 출입문 개폐장치를 제공하게 된다.
The present invention relates to a device of opening/closing a center-control-type door to open/close a door of emergency exit or access control room.
