INSTALLING METHOD OF REINFORCING STRIP FOR REINFORCED EARTH WALL
The present invention relates to a method to install band-type fiber reinforcements for a reinforced earth retaining wall capable of quickly and easily connecting band-type fiber reinforcements to facing members, diversifying the connection method of the band-type fiber reinforcements, and preventing the concentration of shear stress to the front end of the band-type fiber reinforcements. The method to install band-type fiber reinforcements for a reinforced earth retaining wall comprises: a first step of inserting the band-type fiber reinforcements (30) in reinforcement insertion holes (20) of the facing members (10) erected on the front surface of a reinforced earth member (G) to be laterally close to each other; a second step of unfolding the band-type fiber reinforcements (30) on the reinforced earth member and then laying and hardening backfilling materials thereon; and then repeating the first and second steps at a predetermined height. The reinforcement insertion holes (20) comprise: two inlets (21, 22) opened on the rear surface (12) of the facing members (10) and laterally separated from each other; and a penetration passage (23) formed inside the rear surface (12) of the facing members between the two inlets (21, 22) laterally separated from each other. In the first step, the band-type fiber reinforcements (30) are inserted in one inlet (21 or 22) and are drawn out from the other inlet (22 or 21) to be connected in a fully unfolded state. The front end of the band-type fiber reinforcements (30) drawn out from the inlet (21 or 22) of the reinforcement insertion holes (20) are longitudinally folded, and then the longitudinally folded front end is inserted in the reinforcement insertion holes to make the front end of the band-type fiber reinforcements (30) folded.
본 발명은 페이싱 부재에 띠형 섬유보강재의 연결을 신속·용이하게 할 수 있고, 띠형 섬유보강재의 연결방식을 다양하게 할 수 있으며, 띠형 섬유보강재의 선단부에 전단응력이 집중되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 보강토체(G)의 전면에 좌우로 인접하도록 세워지는 페이싱 부재(10)의 보강재 삽입구(20)에 띠형 섬유보강재(30)를 삽입하는 1단계와; 상기 띠형 섬유보강재(30)를 보강토체 상에 펼치고 그 상부에 뒷채움재를 포설하여 다짐하는 2단계;를 포함하고, 상기 1단계와 2단계를 소정의 높이까지 반복하는 보강토 옹벽용 띠형 섬유보강재의 시공방법으로, 상기 보강재 삽입구(20)는 페이싱 부재(10)의 후면(12)으로 개방되고 좌우로 이격된 2개의 입구(21, 22)와, 상기 좌우로 이격된 2개의 입구(21, 22) 사이에 페이싱 부재의 후면(12) 내측으로 형성되는 관통로(23)를 포함하며; 상기 1단계에서는 띠형 섬유보강재(30)를 전폭으로 펼친 상태에서 일측 입구(21 또는 22)에서 삽입하여 타측 입구(22 또는 21)로 인출시켜 연결하되 상기 보강재 삽입구(20)의 입구(21 또는 22) 외측으로 나와 있는 띠형 섬유보강재(30)의 선단부를 길이방향으로 접고, 길이방향으로 접힌 선단부를 보강재 삽입구(20)의 내측으로 삽입하여 띠형 섬유보강재(30)의 선단이 접힌 상태가 되도록 한다.
