MET MAST FOR THE INSTALLATION OF WIND TOWER STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a met mast structure for the installation of a wind tower. A met mast structure is formed by allowing a plurality of auxiliary pipe bodies received in a pipe body to be easily drawn out of the pipe body by using a shaft member. Therefore, it is unnecessary to form the met mast by using heavy equipment such as a crane in a conventional manner. Moreover, the costs required for forming a met mast may be remarkably reduced. The met mast according to the present invention comprises the pipe body (10), a plurality of auxiliary pipe bodies (20), connecting sleeves (60), and shaft members (30). The auxiliary pipe bodies (20) are received inside the pipe body (10) in such a manner that the auxiliary pipe bodies can be drawn out of the pipe body (10). The connecting sleeves (60) comprise: each plate member (610); each upper sleeve member (620) which is formed at the upper part of each plate member (610) and is a screw-coupled with the interior lower part of one of the auxiliary pipe bodies (20) positioned in the upper side of the plate member (610); and each lower sleeve member (630) which is formed at the lower part of each plate member (610) and is a screw-coupled with the interior upper part of another of the auxiliary pipe bodies (20) positioned in the lower side of the plate member (610), wherein each connecting sleeve (60) is positioned between the auxiliary pipe bodies (20). The shaft members (30) are received inside the auxiliary pipe bodies (20) while the auxiliary pipe bodies (20) are drawn out of the pipe body (10). Each shaft member is placed between the plate members (610).
본 발명은 풍력타워설치를 위한 맷마스트 구조에 관한 것으로서, 관체의 내부에 수용된 복수의 보조관체를 축부재를 이용하여 상기 관체의 외부로 보다 용이하게 인출시키면서 기상관측탑(met mast)을 형성시킬 수 있기 때문에 종래처럼 크레인 등의 중장비를 사용하여 기상관측탑(met mast)을 형성시킬 필요가 없음은 물론 이에 소요되는 비용 또한 크게 절감시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
MET MAST FOR THE INSTALLATION OF WIND TOWER STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a met mast structure for the installation of a wind tower. A met mast structure is formed by allowing a plurality of auxiliary pipe bodies received in a pipe body to be easily drawn out of the pipe body by using a shaft member. The met mast according to the present invention comprises the pipe body (10), a plurality of auxiliary pipe bodies (20), connecting sleeves (60), and shaft members (30). The auxiliary pipe bodies (20) are received inside the pipe body (10) in such a manner that the auxiliary pipe bodies can be drawn out of the pipe body (10). The shaft members (30) are received inside the auxiliary pipe bodies (20) while the auxiliary pipe bodies (20) are drawn out of the pipe body (10). Each shaft member is placed between the plate members (610).
