Through the arrangement of the pre-embedded plate, the basement exterior wall can be fixedly connected with the buttress during subsequent building of the basement exterior wall, and meanwhile, the structure of the buttress is not damaged, so that the structural integrity and the strength of the buttress are guaranteed, and the construction period is shortened.
